Trevor started Highgate Lane because he believes great businesses deserve ownership continuity, long-term thinking and hands-on partnership. Highgate Lane’s focus on the Upper Midwest is a product of this belief — it’s where Trevor is based and where he intends to stay.

Prior to Highgate Lane, Trevor was a healthcare investor at GTCR, a Chicago-based private equity firm. During his time there, he closed M&A transactions ranging from $20M to $2B+ and worked closely with Resonetics and Experity, serving as a board observer for both companies.

Trevor lives in Minneapolis with his wife Sophia, a Minnesota-native.
